We are currently seeking an aggressive high energy EXPERIENCED LEASING SALES PERSON in Beaumont, Texas.( No dealing with tenant issues- this is JUST LEASING SALES!). Terrazzo, Mosaic & Broadway Apartments. MUST HAVE APARTMENT LEASING EXPERIENCE! ZERO EXCEPTIONS!
This Apartment Leasing Agent position will be responsible for maintaining occupancy levels through STRONG SALES AND MARKETING SKILLS and complying with all online reporting requirements. We offer a competitive pay rate which includes a discounted apartment, bonus opportunities and growth potential.!! THIS IS A SALES JOB . HUSTLERS ONLY PLEASE!!!
**Hourly pay PLUS HIGH commissions flat $100 per move in **
The ideal candidate MUST have:
- 6 months to 1 year of prior APARTMENT LEASING SALES EXPERIENCE.
- Amazing people skills AND SALES SKILLS.
- Must be a MULTI-TASKER who can work hard under pressure and produce results!!
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- EXTREME proficiency in computers ( MS OFFICE), technology, online marketing and online property management software.
- This is a fast-paced position where the harder you work the more you will make!!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
